Hello, I'm Jenn Koh. Nice to meet you! I design and build AI-powered products, from AI Agent interactions to end-to-end product strategy. Currently, I lead product design at Syncly (YC W23), where I'm redesigning AI Agents for a video social listening platform, shipping working prototypes weekly with Google Antigravity, Cursor, and Claude Code.
My experience spans AI enterprise tools and B2B2C marketplaces: AI workspace collaboration at Swit, recruiting analytics at Amazon, and scaling commerce platforms at Dealicious. I began my career in South Korea, crafting brand campaigns and product experiences at Hanwha and Samsung's Galaxy Mobile Experience team. I'm also passionate about mentoring, having taught 200+ students in UX/UI design.

Syncly is an AI platform that helps brand partnership teams analyze creator content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. I redesigned Ask Syncly, the AI Agent that turns raw video data into executive-ready decisions, growing weekly active usage by 71.2% and driving 64% Report mode adoption within 4 weeks of launch. As sole designer acting as PM + PD, I own the full cycle from strategy to front-end implementation, shipping working prototypes weekly with Google Antigravity, Cursor, Claude Code and Vercel.
