My work spans AI agent, creator, and commerce products: AI workspace collaboration at Swit, creator discovery at Syncly, live commerce at Naver, and ads platforms at Dealicious. I began my career in South Korea at Hanwha and Samsung's Galaxy Mobile Experience team, and I'm passionate about mentoring, having taught 200+ students in UX/UI design.

Syncly helps brand and agency teams track how sponsored campaigns and creator content perform across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. I redesigned Ask Syncly, the AI Agent that turns cross-platform performance data into campaign decisions and executive-ready reports, growing weekly active usage by 71.2% and Report mode adoption to 64% in 4 weeks. As sole designer acting as PM + PD, I own strategy through front-end implementation, shipping weekly with the Google Antigravity coding agent.
